Supporting sustainable performance for caregivers and director-level leaders
Working Moms Movement partners with organizations to support sustainable performance, engagement, and retention by helping caregivers navigate critical career and life transitions.

The Life Management System for High Performers
A structured six-month pilot designed to support leaders through a critical career transition without adding to their workload.
This structured six-month pilot is designed for organizations investing in director-level leaders whose scope, visibility, and decision-making responsibility are rapidly expanding. These leaders are often balancing increased organizational expectations while navigating caregiving demands placing them at elevated risk for burnout just as their leadership trajectory accelerates.
The Life Management System helps participants build personalized systems to manage time, energy, and focus at the director level so performance remains strong, leadership capacity grows, and advancement doesn’t come at the expense of sustainability.
Participants receive:
A six-month pilot for up to ten director-level leaders
A blend of 1:1 coaching, facilitated group sessions, and real-time accountability
Systems to manage expanded scope, competing priorities, and increased visibility
Practical tools to sustain performance during critical career transitions
Organizational insight into burnout risk, engagement drivers, and leadership readiness within the director pipeline
The Life Management System – Sustainable Leadership Mastermind
A shared, six-month learning experience for caregivers and teams navigating change
This six-month cohort-based experience is designed to support organizations in two critical moments: preparing new caregivers for a major life transition and stabilizing functions or embedded teams facing sustained intensity or turnover.
While participants may come in through different doors, the experience itself is intentionally shared to create connection, momentum, and a common foundation for sustainable performance.
Through synchronous learning, facilitated discussion, and practical application, participants build the skills and systems needed to manage competing demands more effectively without burnout becoming the cost of growth or caregiving.
Participants receive:
A structured six-month cohort experience
Synchronous learning sessions that allow participants to learn and apply concepts together
Group coaching and facilitated discussion around boundaries, workload design, and energy management
Practical tools to navigate caregiving transitions, role complexity, and sustained pressure
Organizational insight into shared drivers of burnout, engagement, and retention across the group

The Burnout Playbook
A strategic roadmap to reduce burnout and strengthen retention
The Burnout Playbook is a high-impact engagement designed to help organizations understand the real drivers of burnout across caregivers and director-level leaders and identify where systems, expectations, and operating norms are quietly breaking down.
Rather than focusing on individual resilience, this work uncovers the structural and cultural pressure points that contribute to attrition, disengagement, and leadership strain, especially during periods of growth, transition, or sustained intensity.
This engagement includes:
A focused diagnostic to identify burnout risk across caregivers and leadership pipelines
Insight into where workload design, expectations, and support structures are misaligned
Long-term infrastructure recommendations to strengthen sustainability at the organizational level
A clear, organization-specific roadmap to improve engagement, retention, and leadership continuity
A facilitated working session to build shared awareness and accountability
A grounded, enterprise-tested approach
With 20+ years leading organizational change, culture transformation, and talent strategy inside Fortune 500 and professional services firms, this work is designed to integrate seamlessly into real operating environments, not sit on the sidelines as another initiative.
